Is it possible to check on the service tag of a system and find out when the warranty expires? Would be nice if this populated automatically like domain information does so we can get notified when a server is running out of support.

Would love to see an integration with either Azure AD on intune, or whatever it needs to be, to pull computer info into Hudu like it can from RMM products.

It would be fantastic if there was a way of showing all passwords that have been Pwned like you do for expirations on the dashboard.Ideally on the Home Dashboard and also on each companies overview dashboard.

The ability to pull users from Google G Suite. Similar to the Office 365 integration.

It would be excellent if we had the ability to input articles/kb items via Markdown instead of just WYSIWYG.

I know I heard this is on the roadmap, I'm just putting it out there for discussion amongst users in order to make this the best on the market! I would love to see asset types mapped to configuration types and automatic 2 way sync. It would be great if Hudu could also create a URL field within the configuration of the PSA that links to the Hudu URL and/or a section/pod (if possible) that has links to the related configs alongside passwords. (I'm thinking of a Hudu section on a config that is similar to the Connectwise part on the bottom of a linked object on Hudu...)

It would be nice to be able to use conditional logic for asset layouts. For example, if a certain checkbox is checked, an additional text field could show up. If the box is not checked, the text field does not show.

I'm writing a few KB articles and am saying something along the lines of "Connect to abc and use credential xyz", then I'm creating a relation to password xyz on the article. I can't help but feel it would be great to Facebook/Twitter style type @, #, or similar, and then get a relation popup and be able to inline have a link. It would then be even better if clicking that inline link could have a popup with the credential/related information rather than navigating away (with the option to open the related link fully).

Would be important to share manually typed passwords/details using a select destruct message rather than saved passwords only. The self destruct email option should have the following items to select: Expiry date(including a option in setting to have default): Example, can be 1 day, 3, 7, 14 days etc. Times it can be view((including a option in setting to have default - Default being one): Select how many times the password/content can be viewed Ability to write/edit subject line of email for self-destruct message: So we can embed ticket number in subject line and basic info, in case they reply to the email, it can go straight to the ticket

It would be neat to be able to choose to publish an asset layout for others to copy to their account. Sort of like an Asset Layout Library. I recommend having a checkbox under an asset layout that allows it to be published to the public library, and make this not a default option. This would allow subscribers to share Asset Layout templates or look at the templates of others without having to make every one from the beginning that is not in the default asset layouts.
