With the new KB article editor, it would be nice to have some way to revert to having the toolbar at the top, similar to the old editor.

Currently, changes to SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records are not captured in the version history for websites. Reasoning: some third parties manage domains for our customers, and mistakes sometimes happen during record transfers, resulting in records being deleted. Having the ability to see past records when changes occur would help identify what was lost or changed and when.

Add a markdown editor option so users can write and edit content in markdown instead of pasting/importing/export with the current text editor.

With the current credentials implementation, it's difficult to tell multiple sets of credentials apart. Please add an optional name or description field to each set so users can easily identify what each key is for.

This may seem like a silly/simple thing, but it would be great to have two options when checking a box in a Process Run. The green tick to indicate that the task or subtask is completed, and a red X to indicate that the task or subtask is acknowledged but not completed. This would saves us having Process Runs stuck at 20 - 50 - 80% indicated incomplete Processes because the person completing the Run has an edge case where a specific Task or Subtask cannot be confirmed done. A green tick always indicates that task was done, which isn't how things always work. I appreciate that there's a "note" section under the Task, but that isn't as intuitive as a simple X. And I appreciate that Tasks could be worded around it, but that isn't a great solution either. If you agree, this might be a very simple and useful addition?

In addition to additional backup destinations aside from S3 it would also be beneficial to include attachments and photos in the backups.

It would be great if you could add a light/dark mode switch when editing KBs so that you can easily check how the colors look on both before publishing. Otherwise you have to keep 2 windows open - one for each mode

It would be helpful to have a countdown timer or progress bar indicating how long remains before an OTP code refreshes. Ideally this would be visible whether the code is revealed or masked, though support for either state alone would still be valuable. The goal is to gauge remaining validity without needing to view the actual digits.

The Passkey support in Hudu lacks the ability to integrate with Windows. It makes it impossible to login with a Passkey stored in Hudu when using the Exchange-Online PowerShell module as one example. The password requests show in the activity logs but not in the revision history. We would like this in both areas.

When viewing the Compare Differences tab for a KB article's version history, it displays the raw HTML for the article, and highlights the changes within the HTML only. While this can be helpful, especially for changes to formatting that might not be immediately apparent, it would be nice to have a toggle for viewing the highlighted changes to the article as it appears when viewed normally. This would be easier to parse in most situations.

We would to see the ability to create a workflow that sends an email upon the creation of an asset.

Prior to 2.45.0, IP allow list controls didn't apply to the API. As of 2.45.0, they do, requiring customers to whitelist every IP their API integrations (CIPP, Halo, ScalePad, etc.) call from. Request: add a setting to exclude the API from IP allow list enforcement, so customers can opt back into the pre-2.45.0 behavior if they don't want IP restrictions applied to API traffic.

MSPs are usually invited as admins on their clients' UniFi consoles rather than owning them outright. Today the UniFi OS integration needs a key from the console owner, so those client consoles sync sites but never pull in devices. The ask is for a way to document device inventory using an admin-level key, even if that means bringing over less data than a full sync does. Getting the devices in is the main thing. Requiring the client's owner account isn't practical for most MSP relationships, and asking clients to hand over owner credentials is a non-starter.

Currently you can take pictures but once you have taken the picture there is no options for adjustments like rotate or crop. It also seems to not use the native camera controls so you loose out on the advanced photo enhancements of the phone.

Please make a separate permission that would allow a group to use the feature of send secure note without enabling the ability to share passwords from within the password manager

End users have requested the ability to sign agreements directly from a Hudu secure link. We would like to see this in Hudu. Currently, secure links are used to share sensitive information with external parties or request password information to be filled out, but there is no way to collect a signature or acknowledgment from the recipient within that same flow. Adding signature support to secure links would allow MSPs to send agreements, SOWs, acceptable use policies, or similar documents and collect a signed response without requiring a third-party e-signature tool.

Some clients need more than one level of division. We'd like to optionally add custom sub-levels within a company, similar to ConnectWise's corporate and site structure. Use cases Clients with multiple locations, each with multiple buildings and separate networks. Multi-tenant office buildings where the building provides network support to its tenants. Other structures MSPs may need, such as floors, campuses, or departments. Proposed behavior Companies start with one default level. Nothing changes unless we add sub-levels. We can add and name levels, for example Company → Location → Building → Tenant. Credentials, assets, KB articles, and procedures can be assigned to any level. Viewing a level shows its items plus everything above it. Unrelated branches are hidden. For example, Building 1 shows company, Location A, and Building 1 items only. Search respects the selected level, with an option to search the whole company. Compatibility Existing data stays at the company level, and the feature is opt-in. It should apply across integrations and extensions such as the browser extension and ScreenConnect. Why it matters Techs can quickly find what applies to the exact site they're working on, without cluttering one company or duplicating data across several.
