With the new KB article editor, it would be nice to have some way to revert to having the toolbar at the top, similar to the old editor.

Currently, changes to SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records are not captured in the version history for websites. Reasoning: some third parties manage domains for our customers, and mistakes sometimes happen during record transfers, resulting in records being deleted. Having the ability to see past records when changes occur would help identify what was lost or changed and when.

Add a markdown editor option so users can write and edit content in markdown instead of pasting/importing/export with the current text editor.

This may seem like a silly/simple thing, but it would be great to have two options when checking a box in a Process Run. The green tick to indicate that the task or subtask is completed, and a red X to indicate that the task or subtask is acknowledged but not completed. This would saves us having Process Runs stuck at 20 - 50 - 80% indicated incomplete Processes because the person completing the Run has an edge case where a specific Task or Subtask cannot be confirmed done. A green tick always indicates that task was done, which isn't how things always work. I appreciate that there's a "note" section under the Task, but that isn't as intuitive as a simple X. And I appreciate that Tasks could be worded around it, but that isn't a great solution either. If you agree, this might be a very simple and useful addition?

Prior to 2.45.0, IP allow list controls didn't apply to the API. As of 2.45.0, they do, requiring customers to whitelist every IP their API integrations (CIPP, Halo, ScalePad, etc.) call from. Request: add a setting to exclude the API from IP allow list enforcement, so customers can opt back into the pre-2.45.0 behavior if they don't want IP restrictions applied to API traffic.

When viewing the Compare Differences tab for a KB article's version history, it displays the raw HTML for the article, and highlights the changes within the HTML only. While this can be helpful, especially for changes to formatting that might not be immediately apparent, it would be nice to have a toggle for viewing the highlighted changes to the article as it appears when viewed normally. This would be easier to parse in most situations.

The Passkey support in Hudu lacks the ability to integrate with Windows. It makes it impossible to login with a Passkey stored in Hudu when using the Exchange-Online PowerShell module as one example. The new ManageEngine Endpoint Central integration (Hudu 2.45) currently supports only Endpoint Central Cloud. The setup requires a Data Center region, Client ID and Client Secret, and there is no option to enter a custom server URL. This excludes all on-premise Endpoint Central installations. In addition, the documentation does not state whether the integration supports Endpoint Central MSP, or only single-tenant Endpoint Central. Requested changes: On-premise support Allow a custom server URL including port (for example https://ec.example.com:8041 for Endpoint Central MSP, or https://ec.example.com:8383 for Endpoint Central) Support authentication with an API token generated in the on-premise console Endpoint Central MSP support (cloud and on-premise) Map each MSP customer to a Hudu company through Match Companies Sync devices per customer, using the existing sort rules and Connected Fields Documentation clarity State clearly which editions and deployment models are supported: Cloud vs On-Premise, and Endpoint Central vs Endpoint Central MSP The Troubleshooting section refers to a server URL, but the setup has no such field. This should be aligned. Why this matters: Endpoint Central MSP is ManageEngine's dedicated product for MSPs. Its multi-customer structure maps directly to Hudu companies. Many MSPs run Endpoint Central on-premise for security, compliance and data sovereignty reasons, and currently cannot use the native integration at all.

Currently you can take pictures but once you have taken the picture there is no options for adjustments like rotate or crop. It also seems to not use the native camera controls so you loose out on the advanced photo enhancements of the phone.

When selecting two assets, we should be able to merge them. We do have integration-syncing information, but sometimes each integration creates it individually. Currently, there is no way to merge that information into one asset and, going forward, have it synced into the same asset.

MSPs are usually invited as admins on their clients' UniFi consoles rather than owning them outright. Today the UniFi OS integration needs a key from the console owner, so those client consoles sync sites but never pull in devices. The ask is for a way to document device inventory using an admin-level key, even if that means bringing over less data than a full sync does. Getting the devices in is the main thing. Requiring the client's owner account isn't practical for most MSP relationships, and asking clients to hand over owner credentials is a non-starter.

Currently, pasting from Excel either pastes an image (ctrl+v), or unformatted text (ctrl+shift+v). It would be great if pasting in the cells copied from Excel would automatically create a table in the new editor.

Password reveals and record views are already in the activity logs, but reviewing them is entirely after the fact. Let admins set a threshold on read activity -- X reveals or X record views by one user in a given window -- and get notified when it's crossed. Threshold and recipient configurable, since normal read volume varies a lot by team. Two cases: an employee pulling client data on their way out, and a compromised endpoint where an attacker or automated agent drives an already-authenticated browser session through client passwords and asset pages. API and MCP restrictions don't help with the second -- it's an ordinary signed-in user in a normal browser. The evidence is already logged. The gap is that nobody finds out until they go looking.

Mit dem neuen Richtext Editor ist es nicht mehr möglich bspw. Tabellen im Vollbild zu bearbeiten. Das ist vor allem für große Tabellen extrem störend. Dies wäre gut wenn es wieder möglich wäre.

MCP is a wonderful addition to Hudu. However, as implemented today, MCP allows writes back into the Hudu instance, which is very concerning. My ticket system's MCP implementation allows for exposing MCP as "read only", which makes me feel a lot better/safer about having AI integration. With Hudu MCP, there appears to be no "read only" mode which is what I'd like to have.
