Improved picture taking in the app
Currently you can take pictures but once you have taken the picture there is no options for adjustments like rotate or crop. It also seems to not use the native camera controls so you loose out on the advanced photo enhancements of the phone.
Keep mobile login/session alive when approving Duo on the same device
Problem With Duo enabled, mobile login often redirects into Duo for a push. On iPhone, switching from Hudu → Duo → back frequently drops the in-progress login or session, so users must re-enter credentials repeatedly. Biometrics help after a successful login, but they do not solve losing the session during the Duo step on the same device. Desired behavior Improve the mobile auth flow so approving Duo on the same phone does not force a full credential re-entry or kill the pending Hudu session. Ideally support Duo in a way that keeps the Hudu auth handshake intact (or in-app Duo where possible). Why it matters Technicians use Duo and Hudu on the same iPhone. Current friction makes Duo + mobile painful and slows daily work. Mobile App - Photo Folder Creation
The mobile app doesn't let users create photo folders, only the main app does. Hudu should add folder creation to mobile so it matches desktop. This would let techs organize photos on-site without desktop access.
Mobile App Restriction
There should be a way to restrict which users and/or groups can access the mobile app.
Mobile: No asset photos, cant create asset
Seems as though there are a few features still missing… Cant add a photo directly to an asset, always goes to the "photo gallery" Additionally, cant link/relate them to anything once added.
Use all camera lens options
When taking a photo using the built in camera app in Hudu mobile allow the option to use all of the phones additional camera lens options such as .5 wide lens or 3x optical zoom and not use digital zoom.
Add IPAM/Racks to Mobile App
Would love the ablity for our techs to see IPAM and Networks while they are on the field. They can then assign IP addresses and all while being at the device itself. They do not have to ask someone at the office to give them a static IP; they know what they can use.
Open to camera or gallery default
When uploading photos in bulk to Hudu from a company's photo module, asset, KB article, or other locations, it would be helpful to have a toggleable option in the application to either open the camera view to take a new photo or open the overall photo gallery for selection. Instead of being forced to take a photo each time by default.
View linked items for a location in Mobile app
Requesting the ability to view the toolbar with linked items such as related items, processes, passwords, photos, and files from a specific location screen just like how you it shows in the web app.
Allow Viewing of Attached Items in KBs on Mobile App
When viewing a Knowledge Base article in the mobile app, attached items such as related items, passwords, files, and photos are not visible. It would be helpful if these attachments were accessible directly from the mobile app without having to use the 'Open online' feature.
Add Comprehensive Search to Mobile Application
Please make the Comprehensive Search feature, which is currently available in the main web application, accessible in the Hudu Mobile App as well. This feature is critical for quickly locating asset data, articles, and other records, especially when searching by fields such as serial numbers, asset data, or custom fields. Mobile users currently lack the ability to perform deep searches, which limits usability and efficiency when working remotely or on-site unless they use Hudu on their mobile browser instead of in the application.
Mobile App Asset Data Entry
It would be nice to be able to edit and add information to assets from the mobile app. I use iOS version. We can do this presently in ConnectWise Mobile App with configurations. Do not wish to have to open browser version to do this.
Add Themed Icon

Search assets by qr code in hudu app
All my customer's assets has a lable with information like Asset device name and a QR code with device name. So , when I am working onsite I can scan qr code with CW mobile app and find it in system. I would be useful to find assets by qr code in hudu mobile app to (since recently have added the functionality to browse assets from mobile app)
Mobile app display custom KB articles
It would be great if the mobile app could display the custom KB articles we create (for example, KB articles created under the Applications custom category). I frequently encounter situations where it would be much more convenient to look them up on my mobile app rather than trying to view them on the website.
Admin Control of Mobile App Options from Web Portal
Please add the ability to configure/control mobile app options for biometrics/security from the admin portal. I would like the ability to control these options as an admin as required for my organization's security and compliance, instead of allowing my users to control/not enable these settings.
View passwords in phone app
The option to view passwords from the phone app without having to use the edit function would be fantastic!!!
