Conditional Logic for Asset Layouts
It would be nice to be able to use conditional logic for asset layouts. For example, if a certain checkbox is checked, an additional text field could show up. If the box is not checked, the text field does not show.
Office 365 API from Partners Delegated access
Can we expand office 365 integration to be able to pull tenants and details automatically from a single partner account (CSP and Indirect CSP) based on what the partner account has delegated access to?
Service Tag Warranty Information
Is it possible to check on the service tag of a system and find out when the warranty expires? Would be nice if this populated automatically like domain information does so we can get notified when a server is running out of support.
External Portal SSO
I see "Full Client Portal" on the official roadmap which is great! Can I please ask that we do not have yet another credential to give our clients to remember! We have a lot of third party systems now using O365 Oauth and it would be great if the Hudu Portal could do the same so we can have a single login for our clients that works nicely!
Change the "Website" tool to be a "Domain" tool
Some customers have a domain for email etc but do not have a website. It would be more practical to have the tool made for domains and also track websites if there is a website associated with that domain.
2 way sync
I know I heard this is on the roadmap, I'm just putting it out there for discussion amongst users in order to make this the best on the market! I would love to see asset types mapped to configuration types and automatic 2 way sync. It would be great if Hudu could also create a URL field within the configuration of the PSA that links to the Hudu URL and/or a section/pod (if possible) that has links to the related configs alongside passwords. (I'm thinking of a Hudu section on a config that is similar to the Connectwise part on the bottom of a linked object on Hudu…)
Inline relation links
I'm writing a few KB articles and am saying something along the lines of "Connect to abc and use credential xyz", then I'm creating a relation to password xyz on the article. I can't help but feel it would be great to Facebook/Twitter style type @, #, or similar, and then get a relation popup and be able to inline have a link. It would then be even better if clicking that inline link could have a popup with the credential/related information rather than navigating away (with the option to open the related link fully).

Should be able to filter sync options. i.e. only sync licensed users or turn off sync for external users.

It would be great if we could get a file manager per client similar to the attached so we can upload documents related to the client (policy/compliance etc)

PWNED Password Dashboard
It would be fantastic if there was a way of showing all passwords that have been Pwned like you do for expirations on the dashboard.Ideally on the Home Dashboard and also on each companies overview dashboard.

Method to add ALL Assets to the Sharing Portal
It's quite cumbersome to add all assets to the Share Portal. We'd also like an option to automatically add new Assets to it.
Huntress Integration
Would like to pull Huntress information such as assets, investigations, AV health, and other important data from my huntress portal.
End User Password vault
I would Pay extra for this feature, if the end users at my clients could have their personal password vault to store their credentials. Then my team could also upload docs or credentials and share them from the admin side to the user side.
Sophos Central Integration
Sophos Central is the central management interface. Here, in addition to devices, the information of the subscribed services/licenses such as Sophos Central Endpoint Protection is also displayed. It may be possible to create an integration with Sophos Central to read the relevant information similar to Office 365. e.g: Guidelines Devices License per device https://developer.sophos.com/intro
Allow API to create a password sharing link
As per title, I would like it if the API allowed for password share links to be created.
External Portal Group Permissions
We need the ability to restrict access to specific assets, passwords, and other sensitive information for certain external portal members. Currently, all external users with portal access can see shared assets, etc, but there is no way to limit access based on group permissions. Proposed Solution: Introduce external portal group permissions that allow administrators to control which portal members can view or edit specific assets and passwords, etc. This would be similar to the Group Permissions currently used inside the internal part of Hudu.
External Portal Asset Layouts
In Hudu, the internal asset layout and the external client portal are designed differently, which can result in discrepancies in how asset information is displayed. Internally, asset layouts can be customized to show multiple columns of data, providing a comprehensive view of each asset. However, the external portal, by default, displays assets in a more simplified manner, often showing only the name field. To enhance the information visible to clients through the external portal, if you can could customize the portal and configure the specific data shared. This customization should be done within each client space, allowing you to tailor the external portal to display additional asset details as needed. By adjusting these settings, you can provide your clients with a more detailed view of their assets, aligning the external portal's display more closely with your internal asset layout.
