Tagging for knowledge base
Having a folder structure for the knowledge base is cool, but more often than not, articles fall under multiple categories.
It would be nice to be able to enter tags on articles which could be used to search and or sort them. When entering tags, Hudu would autocomplete as you type to help you pick either administratively defined tags or custom tags added by others.

For me, manually typing in tags like #tag1 #tag2 is sufficient, but it would be nice to have a feature like search folders, where clicking on the folder automatically populates with items that it using some simple rules like: tag1 and (tag2 or tag3)
Then with tag awareness, it would also be nice to have articles suggested along the side, where other articles with the most tags in common would be listed near the top, with a single click link to convert these into related items.

I'm surprised this hasn't been implemented after at least 4 years of suggestion. Would be such a useful feature that honestly should have been built in from the start.

Tags would be a very welcome feature. I thought flags were tags when I first started using it, but was disappointed to discover they are something else entirely.

Tags would certainly be helpful, but I also believe that custom fields for KB articles would be equally as useful. Similar to how you can add custom fields and mark them as required for assets, we would love to have the ability to do this for KB articles as well.
