External Portal SSO
I see "Full Client Portal" on the official roadmap which is great!
Can I please ask that we do not have yet another credential to give our clients to remember!
We have a lot of third party systems now using O365 Oauth and it would be great if the Hudu Portal could do the same so we can have a single login for our clients that works nicely!

We were trying to have this in the first version of the Client Portal, unfortunately, it wasn't able to make it in yet. We will have this in a future update of the client portal!

The Hudu Team: 2023 now. Any update when this is likely to appear? CX and reducing admin (ours and theirs) is a priority for us and I suspect many others. This kind of functionality influences our purchasing decisions.

Hi team,
Bumping this one - we do all of our internal documentation in Hudu but one of our client orgs is 1000 employees - manually creating their logins in another system prevents us from using the client portal for them - we're better off adding items to their SharePoint or similar - the admin load of syncing SP and Hudu is much less than the admin load of maintaining that user-base manually.
If we could also link AD security groups for articles that would be awesome but first getting that broad SSO Client Access would be great.

This would be great! Even better would be the ability to SSO from the Halo Self Service Portal as that's where all our clients are interfacing with us already.

Commenting on my own suggestion. This would be handy for many reasons. Some obvious, users with no password hassle to access documentation we want them to see, and some not so obvious, seeing their logins in Entra and having CA at our disposal protecting Hudu access.

We have a support site for our clients that runs on WordPress and we use https://www.wpo365.com/ plugin so they login to that with AzureAD.
