Would be great to have last few companies show up as you click on the Companies icon above the search. I frequently bounce back and forth between 1/2 dozen companies and this would streamline that better than just "Your Recents"

When clicking 'New' in a KB folder you can create a new Article, a new Folder, or Upload a PDF. When creating a new article, it would be nice to have an option to select a template (which could be created with a 'Save as template' or similar option. This would make documenting similar KB's much quicker and would allow for headings, styling, text etc to automatically be created as per templates.

We want to import a Visio diagram so we can view within the portal.

Currently the Biometric Login expires within the day and you have to set it up again and re-enable it in the mobile app. Ideally, Biometric Login should never expire and allow for simpler login. This change would be tremendous to have fixed.

Due to the dangerous nature of GPT (which is that a deletion of a GPT, can ripple through the system creating a cascading deletion of dozens/hundreds of Child Processes - no the warning given is not sufficient), I do not allow 90% of my people to be anything more than an Editor. The problem this creates is when I want them to use a Process. An Editor cannot "view" a GPT, therefore the only way for them to know if they have found the right one is to pull it down into a Company Space, take a look at it, and go "sh*t" that's not the one I wanted... Then, an Editor cannot delete the Child Process. Now I have dozens of orphaned, unused Child Process copies. Can you enable or provide a means to customize (for an Editor, the View Template button) when the "+New" process screen appears so my people can find the right one? Or enable delete (of the Child Process, not the GPT) which would also work.

I propose to update the default styling for asset details. The current way the styling is, is hard to read. Please see the proposed change. The first pic is the proposed, restyled version and the second pics is the current style. Hi, please add a possibility to sort this Global Overview by Rating. Thanks Dennis

Grant the ability to move the article to a different folder in the knowledge base without having to use the "Bulk Manage". Maybe add 2 different moves or revamp the move in general to give a layout of where you want to move it in the current KB and then an area to move it to a different company/location.

Now that we have tables for the Passwords view, it would be a useful feature to be able to show/hide columns, especially as now the table is wider than it used to be due to, for example, Parent now having its own dedicated column instead of just appearing below the password name.
