Feature Requests

It would be great to be able to assign tasks to specific users, for example if I want to assign documentation to be created/updated on a specific company by a specific user. This could then be populated in an additional column in the profiles menu called "My tasks", where you could mark it as done and sent back as a notification to one that assigned the task.

In our small-mid size business many users have multiple rolls. Since you can only assign a user one group we have to give some users overly broad access. We would like to be able to assign multiple groups to some users. Each group could than have much more discrete access.

Our phone numbers are displayed as follows : +44 194-986-0193 This would be shown here in the UK as +44 1949 860193 It would be great to be able to select this as an option.

It would be nice to see some additional webhook triggers in the system. Some examples: Password Created Asset Created Company Created Asset item created (so you can for example create a Contact asset which syncs with your office 365 contacts) So they can be hooked up to other systems

When inserting links, default 'Open Link in new window' instead of 'Open link in current window'

We are thinking of making the move to HaloPSA at the end of the year. They have put in a huge amount of work recently (A similar level of development as Hudu) and have an incredibly compelling product.

As per title! Constantly clicking, then clicking back, then doing a new tab... would be good if links to addresses defaulted to opening in a new tab! (or, possibly an option on the asset field to change the default behaviour of a click)

Can you please add 8hrs and 12hrs in the the expires in for share password via link? It currently goes from 4hrs to 24hrs.

Straight Forward - if an Asset is Flagged - the Flag should show in the preview

Would like to be able to click out of the preview without clicking the "close" or "x". = clicking outside the preview would close it. where the red arrows are.
