Feature Requests

When an article is flagged for review, or flagged with anything, it would be great to assign that review to be completed by a specific user.

We would like to request greater customizability and expanded functionality for the External Portal. Key enhancements we are looking for include: Search bars for every section of the External Portal (KBs, Assets, Passwords, etc.). Improved and more intuitive menus and navigation structure. Greater UI customization options, including layout control, branding, and styling. The ability to share all internal information (including Racks, Networks, and IP Addresses) to the External Portal—ideally with flexible access control. One-way sharing of internal content to external users, with full visibility control. These improvements would significantly improve the usability of the External Portal for our clients and allow us to provide a more tailored and branded experience.

This is essential for security, as it allows us to verify which passwords a group has access to. Determining whether a group can access specific passwords requires checking the permissions on each one individually, and with thousands of passwords, that's simply not practical.

We would like the ability to add Networks, IP Addresses, and VLANs as selectable Related Item objects across Hudu, similar to how other assets, KBs, or passwords can be linked currently. OR provide the ability to link it as an Asset Link within the Asset Template Field options.

Hi, It would be really helpful if Hudu could automatically pull the expiration dates of Microsoft 365 licenses and display them in the platform. This way, we'd be able to receive notifications before any licenses expire. We manage hundreds of Microsoft 365 customers, so this feature would significantly simplify our workflow. Thanks!

I the computer asset list view, I want the check box to be in it's own column and also remove the created and last updated or make it optional. It is taking up too much space.

When exporting the Computer assets to CSV file, it add the object information which make it hard to send it to customer when they are ask for export of assets. I want to be able to export what is shown on the computer asset view. Please add a side panel popup when clicking on a VLAN in the list view like the one that is available for IP addresses.

Prefer the search bar closer to Admin instead of on the right side. If you have a wider screen the search is further away aswell.
