Some systems report placeholder values instead of real data. A common case is a serial number syncing as "Default String" or generic OEM text. It would be better if connected fields recognized clearly invalid values like these and synced nothing instead of overwriting the field with junk.

Please consider adding a native integration for DocBee ( docbee.com ), a PSA and ticketing platform that is widely used by MSPs and IT service providers in Germany and the DACH region. DocBee offers a full REST API (tickets, time entries/services, customers, contacts), so the technical foundation for an integration is already in place. Ideally, the integration would work similarly to the existing NinjaOne integration: matching DocBee customers to Hudu companies, displaying open tickets per company (e.g. via Magic Dash or cards), and deep-linking back into the DocBee portal. We currently solve this with a custom script via both REST APIs, but a native, officially supported integration would benefit the growing number of Hudu users in the German-speaking market, where DocBee is a common PSA choice.

Unifi has added API for hosted controlers unifi.ui.com Please add to the integration the option.

Ability to connect to slide.tech and have it pull back up history. Storage usage on both the device and in the cloud.

Integrate the data pulled in from Unifi to auto populate the details into the IPAM component.

The Intune integration currently doesn't pull in device serial numbers. This information is important for asset tracking and documentation. Please consider adding support for syncing serial numbers from Intune into Hudu.

Currently assets that are added by integrations only display the title and a link to the asset in the export instead of all the card data as well. This makes most integrations pointless when trying to save a runbook.

Would love to see the Autotask PSA integration extended to enable the Autotask built-in "Domain" Configuration Item Category map to a native Hudu Website asset.

We would like to request native integration between Hudu and the Ubiquiti Dream Machine (UDM) API. The integration should allow Hudu to pull relevant network and device data directly from the UDM, including: Device inventory and status Network topology IP assignments Firmware versions Uptime and performance metrics This would enhance documentation automation and reduce the need for manual updates in environments using UDM as the primary networking device.
