Currently, Intune sync does not include the BitLocker recovery key. Adding this capability would be extremely helpful for support teams, as it enables them to assist customers quickly in scenarios where device access is compromised. Business Impact Faster resolution for customers who are locked out of their devices. Reduced support time and improved customer experience. Enhanced operational efficiency for IT and support teams.

It would be very nice to have an option to choose between using Meraki networks to create companies in Hudu rather than using organizations if needed.

Would it be possible to grab the "Network Name" field from Meraki into Hudu Meraki Integration device cards, and have this field available as a Meraki Connected Field in Hudu? The Meraki API documentation does have endpoints for this field: https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/list-data-centers/?type=doc&q=Network .

Integrate the data pulled in from Unifi to auto populate the details into the IPAM component.

Currently, The HaloPSA integration pulls in devices and uses the "Inventory Number" as the Hudu Asset name. The "Device Name" would be way more useful.

After enabling the new “Intune Integration,” we discovered that it’s not actually pulling data from Microsoft Intune, but rather from Microsoft Entra. Every Entra-registered device was synced, including those that are not enrolled in Intune.

Should be able to filter sync options. i.e. only sync licensed users or turn off sync for external users.

It would be great to have documentation we create in Hudu pushed to SuperOps, so it would be visible in the client portal. it would also be great to have access to password, documentation from Hudu into SuperOps and actually create tickets for expirations rather than just e-mails.

Hudu's ConnectWise Manage integration can skip devices by type. I think it would be very good to have this for all integrations in Hudu.

We would like an enhancement that allows specific Customer Types in HaloPSA to be flagged as “Skip / Do Not Sync”, preventing those companies from appearing in Hudu at all.
