Inline relation links
under consideration

I'm writing a few KB articles and am saying something along the lines of "Connect to abc and use credential xyz", then I'm creating a relation to password xyz on the article.
I can't help but feel it would be great to Facebook/Twitter style type @, #, or similar, and then get a relation popup and be able to inline have a link.
It would then be even better if clicking that inline link could have a popup with the credential/related information rather than navigating away (with the option to open the related link fully).

We just switched from Confluence to Hudu and this is the feature we miss most. Would be great to get an inline link popup!

Just came here to request this exact thing. Been 'planned' for 2.5 years :( Any updates The Hudu Team? (the irony of using the @ symbol to ping Hudu on the @ symbol feature request :P )

I actually came here to suggest this exact feature. It would be amazing to be able to link the steps in an article to supporting articles.

Any update on this one? Would be amazing to have this to inline link my techs/clients to "go to this article that is related to this section you just read"

Was just about to leave this - below is another vision of it - where the linked assets are inline/expandable rather than within a block of text..
"Linked assets are critical to help "normalize" data collection and avoid duplicates. But it makes it hard to get at information quickly.
Can we do some sort of inline linked assets, so that we can see on a single page all info needed? Perhaps expandable selections? Perhaps multiple linked assets allowed - so I could link multiple vendor contacts with a single asset.. and those contacts can be used on other assets. Could be very powerful."
