Feature Requests

For a Public Shared Link to an article/KB specifically to one client/customer, we need the ability to load the clients company logo instead of defaulting to the Shared Resource Logo which would span the whole client/customer base. It should be pulled from the client/customer's logo or be editable to use what is appropriate. Thank you for your time and support. -Rhandy

Add ability to leave comments on process steps and export process status (or results) to CSV/PDF

Currently, if you archive a file you can only access that file from the Home Page. Would be great if museum section could display at the folder level so that we could see archived files that once were active under lets say for example, Applications folder.

it should be great if we could export Expirations and another list to Excel or CSV files.

I'd like to be able to merge clients together. The parent/child relationships seem to only be UI candy and don't actually do anything. Two of my clients have merged into 1 organization, and I'd very much like to merge all of their documentation records together so I don't have to keep remembering which item belongs in which Hudu client. This also affects my integrations with Hudu. Most of my other systems already have the clients merged together, so now when matching companies, things are a little off.

Having a Client/Company To-Do list at the home screen would be extremely helpful. Right now we use the Notes section and it works okay, but having a checklist/checkbox type form at the Company homepage would be useful for our Tech's to use.

The password list in Screen Connect list shows the passwords in the order in which they were added to Hudu.

Currently: If an asset (Asset B) is linked to another asset (Asset A), when the external user is viewing Asset A, the see the name of Asset B but the link for it goes to the internal Hudu link instead of the portal link. Suggestion: Automatically redirect the internal link to the external portal asset's view when viewing from the assets from the external portal. Alternative: Have the external portal link saved as well and use the appropriate one depending on where you are viewing the asset from.

In the customer 'External Sharing' view of an asset, their asset list only shows the the Hudu primary 'name' field. We should be able to earmark other fields that we include in our lists to the customers' view as well. Not all the same, only specific ones that we wish to display. In some assets we actually use the Hudu primary field as a drop down of category, then subsequent fields are the actual descriptive name. Other assets especially ones pulled from integrations are a real mess and we can't even expose it to an end customer. Example attached.
