Tracking if DNS changes occur would be great, MX, A, SPF, DKIM, DMARC would all be great.

It would be really nice if we could choose what information to put in the customer portal, e.g. bays etc., there is still a lot of information that customers do not have access to. Thanks:)

I would like External Portal users to be able to view documents/assets of child companies of the parent company they have been granted access to without having to create a new account for them.

If we have one account with delegated access to several Clients, such as DNS hosting, we would like to be able to find that delegated account in the Passwords tab for each Client. If we could link the same Password between multiple Clients so that it doesn't have to be created separately for each client, that would be fantastic.

Currently, the password share page lacks customization options, making it difficult for users to personalize it according to their brand or style. Allowing users to customize this page with their own logos, text, color schemes, and fonts would improve the user experience and provide a more cohesive and professional look for organizations. Enable customization of the password share page by allowing users to modify: Logos - Upload custom logos for branding. Text - Customize header and footer text, including messages or disclaimers. Color - Set primary and secondary colors to match the company’s branding. Fonts - Choose preferred fonts for text elements. Then allowing users to preview the changes before applying them would be a good thing as well. Use Case: This feature will provide organizations the ability to align their password share pages with their branding and improve their overall client and user experience.

Please add the new IPAM and Rack management functionalities to the client portal as well.

Right now only admins can do this. We want to limit the number of admins, for obvious reasons, but maintaining portal assets is becoming tedious very quickly. It would be a great help if our engineers with editor role could also add assets to the portal when they create them.

Currently: If an asset (Asset B) is linked to another asset (Asset A), when the external user is viewing Asset A, the see the name of Asset B but the link for it goes to the internal Hudu link instead of the portal link. Suggestion: Automatically redirect the internal link to the external portal asset's view when viewing from the assets from the external portal. Alternative: Have the external portal link saved as well and use the appropriate one depending on where you are viewing the asset from.

It would be great if we could have a general view counter on KB articles. Not just views by logged in users, but views from anonymous users too (for public links). It might help see what is popular, or if anyone is actually seeing the articles I'm making.

Implementing support for storing FIDO2 Passkeys in Hudu where they can be used through the web extension or similar to login to passkey enabled services. We have requirements for some clients to have FIDO2 or other phishing resistant authentication, but the only way we can do that now is through a separate password manager like Keeper or 1Password.
