I understand that Companies are fixed layouts. It would be helpful if there was an option to supplement the layout with custom fields. This would help us customize the customer overview page according to our needs.

Please consider adding a setting within Hudu’s Groups feature that allows administrators to restrict which groups can create new records, companies, or other objects in Hudu.

I don't know what the long term plans are to build out the IPAM feature and more closely tie it to assets, for for the short term, it can be very cumbersome to have to create an asset, then leave the asset and go to the IPAM section, then create an IP address, then select the asset. Ideally, the right panel already has sections that map well to the menu on the left. There are "related assets" with a "+ add" option. Passwords, where a child password can be quickly created from the asset itself. Photos. Files. Etc. Having an IPAM section on the right, with a "+ add" that jumps to either the existing IPAM GUI with the asset pre-selected, or other similar workflow to minimize leaving the asset and extra steps would vastly improve asset management in situations where assets and IPAM are benig linked.

It will be nice if we can organize networks with folders. This is useful for customers that have a lot of completely separated networks.

Objective: Enhance password management within Hudu by ensuring that generated passwords are not lost if a user navigates away from a page before saving. Feature Overview: Force Save Option: Automatically save the generated password when it is created, even if the user navigates away from the page without explicitly saving. This ensures no generated password is accidentally lost. OR: Password Audit Before Navigation: Implement a warning or prompt if a user attempts to navigate away from the page after generating a password but before saving it. The prompt would ask: "You have generated a password that hasn’t been saved. Would you like to save it before leaving?" Additional helpful things: Password Activity Logging: Log events when passwords are generated for better traceability and auditing. Include metadata such as the user who generated the password and the timestamp. Why This Matters: Prevents accidental loss of generated passwords. Enhances security and accountability with audit trails. Improves user experience by reducing the risk of missed saves. Potential Configuration Options: Toggle Force Save: Enable/disable automatic saving for generated passwords. Navigation Prompt: Option to enable/disable the “Save Before Leaving” prompt. Audit Logging: Ability to review generated password logs in the admin panel. Outcome: This feature would help users avoid losing critical data and improve password management workflows within Hudu.

We'd like an Asset Layout field type called IP Address that allows you to select IP's that are not assigned from existing networks with-in that client. This will allow us to assign / link IP addresses faster. It should allow easier import of linked IP addresses via api. It would allow viewing of the IP address in the asset layout table view.

Currently, embedded content such as draw.io or Lucidchart diagrams can only be viewed inside Hudu when added via an iframe or embed. It would be extremely useful if this embedded data were fully editable directly within Hudu, without requiring users to leave the platform.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to create headers and notes inside subfolders within Hudu’s file management system.

In the IPAM tool, when working with a defined network, it would be very helpful to have a button that automatically creates all IPs between a specified range, rather than requiring IPs to be imported via CSV or created manually one at a time.
