I'd like to request the ability to add folders to the photos section. This would be useful for customers with multiple locations or multiple equipment racks on a campus.

Is it not possible to have sub-menu per site? I would think the sites from your PSA can be used so the same structure can contain site specific info?

I really hope they do this. Just had my first multi location client setup in Hudu and the inability to organize photos is a bummer. I alos like what someone else said: as we go on with all clients, it would be nice to create folders for different projects

Like this should be in Hudo for sure, just started with Hudu and this really needs to be in there for sure. Otherwise you will have so many photos you cannot find anything.

Like if we do installs we normally do install type etc. and the date of the install so we can alway lead back back to the work.

Yep same with us - our folders are like "Install - WiFi & Phones 2024.09.24" so that technicians can always find the most relevant or most recent photos of the equipment in question.
