There are only 6 roles available. However, I would like to be able to break it out more granularly. For example be able to create a role that can create/update/flag documentation, but not share. Allowing custom role creations would likely satisfy a few feature quests here by getting the permissions broken down more granularly and allowing us to choose which permission get applied to the custom role.

It would be great to be able to duplicate passwords or have a template that can be reused for passwords with specific information. This would save a lot of time by allowing you to duplicate a pre-existing password instead of manually recreating it field by field. This feature would be particularly useful for passwords that have a lot of specific details associated with them, making it easier to manage and maintain password listings.

Currently, admins are unable to impersonate invited users that have not set up their MFA yet. Allowing admins to bypass this 2FA would help them verify that the user has correct permissions/access assigned without having to set up the 2FA themselves and then reset 2FA after they are done.

We propose implementing a "Link" or "Reference" feature for knowledge base articles and their folders. This would function similarly to symbolic links (symlinks) on a file system or "Shared Drive" shortcuts in Google Workspace.

When syncing data through integrations (e.g. ConnectWise PSA), Hudu should automatically create relationships between related items. Such as linking contacts to their associated sites within a company, rather than requiring this to be done manually after sync.

When taking a photo using the built in camera app in Hudu mobile allow the option to use all of the phones additional camera lens options such as .5 wide lens or 3x optical zoom and not use digital zoom.

It would be excellent if we had the ability to input articles/kb items via Markdown instead of just WYSIWYG.

It would be great if, in the existing Global menu, you could display the total asset count for each company somewhere, as well as show the total asset count per Asset Layout for each company in this global view, too.

Add additional fields for Passwords such as Encryption keys, PIN etc...

Hello, we would like to be able to view the "Roles" assigned to a HaloPSA user. Could you add "Roles" to the connected integration fields? Keep in mind that there can be multiple roles assigned per user.
