Until you allow searching across both a quick UI improvement would be to move the vault search to the top of the page and make it not full width - adding colour here would help too as I regularly click on my vault and then try and search in the main search window. A quick change here would do wonders!

Currently, Hudu allows uploading a PDF as a KB article, where the PDF becomes the content of the article and can be viewed inline. For assets, there is no equivalent functionality. Files can only be attached to assets through the Related Items panel, which requires a separate download or external viewer.

Currently, when a PDF is attached to a record and accessed from the right-hand side Related Items panel, the PDF downloads to the local machine or opens in an external browser tab. There is no option to preview the PDF directly within the Hudu interface.

Multi-RU devices are duplicated once per occupied RU instead of being displayed as a single continuous item, which makes rack records difficult to accurately document and read. For example, if a single switch spans 2RU, the current visual implementation makes it appear as though there are two distinct switches. It would be helpful to display multi-RU devices as a single device "block".

Hello support, I wanted to request the option to sort columns, so I can choose which column I want to appear first, and other columns further down.

We are looking for IT Glue password category functionality with password tags. What does this mean? We want to restrict who can create, delete, or edit a password tag, and we also want tags to appear in the table view as filter options.

I would like to be able to assign overall ownership of a process, rather than individual tasks within that process. I work with a small 2–3-man team, often times an individual will undertake the entire process, rather than individual tasks. This helps to reduce mundane re-entry of individually assigning each task on a longer process, to ensure the dues populate on our dashboards. Additionally, allowing the creation of assets from within a process and/or having a point to store data within would be considerably helpful. In addition, being able to tag other items like KB articles within a task for a detailed explanation would be clutch. An example of this could be a new hire process. Workflow with enhanced functionality could look like this for example: Task 1 - Fill out form with all employment information. (name, department, job title, location, etc.) Task 2 - Create user in Hudu (Copy/paste data OR autofill data from Task 1 form) Task 3 - Link to KB Article about new user onboarding in AD/M365, optionally link to PS script for user creation. Task 4 - Assign user to Workstation Task 5 - Email user information to Supervisor.

I wanted to create a new spot to store Policies and was thinking of something like the KB where you can upload Files but it would be exclusive to Policies. Currently You can make items and then upload files to those Items but I was thinking of maybe giving the option when creating a custom asset to have it be similar to how the KB works.
