As it is today, no items are included in the portal unless I specifically add them to the portal. I want the reverse - I’d prefer it to be all items are included on the portal unless I specify otherwise.

Portal update to include any newly added information under the company external portal.
On the external portal, new devices, documents, etc. that are added to the company do not automatically get shared to the portal . Can you add a check box to enable all newly imported Assets, Share websites, Share links, shared Passwords, Share article folders to be included if you check the box to allow this ?

This would be huge for us...it's very cumbersome to have to manually allow records for asset layouts to appear on the external portal.

Coming from IT Glue, where visibility of new assets in the client portal is a given, I'm shocked that we're expected to manually check off an item every single time a new asset gets synced over from our RMM.
Please add this as soon as possible. Our techs should not be spending their time on this.

I would very much like to see better management of the items that are added and removed from a customer's portal.
Right now, adding all of an asset type is fine, but if I selected "Add all", then I want it to automatically add all future items as well. Maybe a better option would be to have the "Add to External Share Portal" checkbox automatically checked, or at least let me configure that default setting for each customer.
Also, if I addidently add all of an asset type, or if the situation changes after I've already added all of an asset type, I would like a better way to remove items from the portal. Everything just shows up in a big list - maybe allow me to remove all of an asset type the same way I can add all of an asset type.

It would be great having new assets been automatically published to client portal.
Even better if autopublishing could be enabled per customer and asset type.

Certain assets set to a Portal, have the option to auto update. for example, HR can have a portal view of all employees within a company. But I don't want to have to go to that locations portal each time to add or remove a person.

For certain asset types we require the client portal to show all assets, rather than having to manually add each asset to the portal. If would be helpful if there was a option at client level to publish a particular asset type as a whole.
And also filter / include/exclude some fields from the client portal under a particular asset as well would be handy.
