Would love to see this feature. Also add the forms into the alerts section so we can notify/webhook on form submissions

I have the feeling that this is going a bit beyond the scope and that Hudu would be taking over the job of my helpdesk. Hudu has many other shortcomings to solve before it should dedicate itself to such new areas.

Would be amazing to have this - Connectwise Manage's portal is utter tripe and they've not invested in it (or the main product) significantly for years, so I hope Hudu can step up and deliver this first for us, it would be a real win and it would keep our customer in one place.

This would be a huge feature addition for us. We have been looking for a way for clients to submit forms for onboarding/offboarding requests and the ability to link it to existing Assets or Processes would be a dream come true!

Jason L. What PSA are you using currently? CW PSA has such a killer Customer Facing Portal for this kind of stuff already. I wish their Processes were as polished, but CW's supports SSO by default etc so it's been pretty awesome.

Joseph Bettencourt We currently use this feature in CW portal however, It would be nice to create the forms in Hudu so we wouldn't have to manually upload to hudu

Joseph Bettencourt Connectwise's portal is unfriendly to use and hasn't been redesigned since 1964 - plus we're trying to keep our customer in just one place to pick up all of their information, surely?

Daniel Dainty You must not be referring to the customer facing portal that they redesigned a couple years ago? And the main product you are referring to above they haven’t invested in… Have you enabled any of Asio labs?

Absolutely agree with this, New users/Update user/Terminate user make it fire off an event too then it can instantly action something in 365 or even better make it so it could call an API directly and you can automate virtually all email accounts.

This is much needed. This would make onboarding a new user or user separation much cleaner. Also, just a simple fillable form that when hitting submit would email our support ticketing system with the info would make this work.
