It would be great if we could have the ability for a portal user to submit forms with data such as New User details, staff dismissal's so we can get all the details we need authorized by an account which is logged and assigned 2FA.

We would like a secure, time-limited upload portal that allows external parties (vendors, auditors, partners, etc.) to upload runbooks or other sensitive documents/files directly into a specific company, folder, or asset in Hudu — without requiring a Hudu user account or internal access.

Secure Link for our clients to enter their company, name, username and password, program associated with, and any other information needed for our client to provide their passwords to us without having to have them email it to us. Would be like a company specific portal to each Hudu Tenant. Would help when it is only just one credential we need.

I agree, we are a MSP as well and would prefer that our customers can upload documents or leave notes with user details in Hudu

I fully agree. We are an MSP and it would be great to have a secure portal where the client can upload documents to us. This would be great for collecting initial documentation FROM the client, as well as sharing sensitive information back and forth.

Would love to see this feature. Also add the forms into the alerts section so we can notify/webhook on form submissions

I have the feeling that this is going a bit beyond the scope and that Hudu would be taking over the job of my helpdesk. Hudu has many other shortcomings to solve before it should dedicate itself to such new areas.

Would be amazing to have this - Connectwise Manage's portal is utter tripe and they've not invested in it (or the main product) significantly for years, so I hope Hudu can step up and deliver this first for us, it would be a real win and it would keep our customer in one place.
