v2.26 new print option issue

Previous to v2.26 a print from KB would give you a generic header of your site's logo. Now with the new version, it creates a nicer PDF doc from which you can print to paper if you like. However, the print is missing header and footer information.

It would be best to give us a template to manage for KB printing and web views headers and footer sections.

    Also, besides missing the header/footer, further improvements that would be most welcome including better page breaks (at the end of a paragraph, or respecting lists/keep together), page numbering (1 of #).

    Also accordion sections should auto-expand during printing.
