Using 'Website' tool for Uptime monitor of a Firewall

We have clients that have no infrastructure other than Laptops, switches/WAPs and firewalls. So I can't put an agent on a server to report back if the site is online. I'd love to be able to put the ip address of the management interface of my firewall and have it ping every 5 mins to alert me if it's inaccessible
