If a user uses the login form password reset function, the email sent to the user comes from 'Hudu' as the "visible name". First off users don't know Hudu from anything. It should only use our SMTP values or something from our portal white labeling. Second issue, every customer we have says the messages go to their Spam or Quarantine, because of the content in the message. This email does look like a phishing message!
Please give us the ability to manage the content of this password reset message and present a reset code in the email body much like any other password self-service process follows. You already allow us to customize the invite email message within the admin UI.
Note: we have DKIM, DMARC and SPF all shown as passing to our client mail platforms for our Hudu messages, but delivery success is rare!
