Table border controls in the new editor

Allow users to customize borders on tables within the new editor.

Choose border style (solid, dashed) and thickness

Apply to all cells or just the outer edges

Choose border color

Set border radius for rounded corners

Apply borders to a single row or column instead of the whole table

Save a border style as default for new tables

I don't know how we got a new editor and lost features, but this is one that I miss. I used to be able to format tables as I'm writing an article. Most of the time what I really need to do is make a table invisible - and in the new editor I can't do that.

Overall, I very much dislike the new editor - the old one had problems, but the new one is a stumbling block every time I use it. I want the old editor back, even with its shortcomings.
