Support for custom OTP algorithms and token periods

Hudu currently supports standard TOTP behavior, but does not allow customization of the OTP algorithm or the token refresh interval.

Add the ability to configure the following for OTP entries:

1. Algorithm selection: SHA1, SHA256, SHA512

2. Token period selection: 30 seconds (default), 60 seconds, 90 seconds (or a custom value)
