Support Custom CSS in Edit Mode Preview

Currently, custom CSS added under Admin → Design → Custom CSS is only applied in view mode and not in the edit mode. This makes it difficult to preview style changes while editing KB articles, especially for visual elements like underlines, custom fonts, or spacing.
