Show parameters needed for outbound SMTP to be configured.
For each parameter, show examples of values that it might contain.
Email field for where to send a test email.
Test button.
Show log button. If the test fails, shows the entire SMTP conversation, to help troubleshoot why the test failed.
Close button.
This avoids having to mess with the envelope file, and makes it easier to quickly try different configuration if the one tied fails to work.
