Show/Hide Columns in Password Tables

Now that we have tables for the Passwords view, it would be a useful feature to be able to show/hide columns, especially as now the table is wider than it used to be due to, for example, Parent now having its own dedicated column instead of just appearing below the password name.

    I see you merged several related requests here. Please make created/updated columns hidden by default, view them with toggle. They aren't useful very often.

    I created CSS to hide them for now, but the HTML generation is janky and might break this on updating. I can't add JavaScript to Hudu natively, so I'd like the toggle.

    The view currently actually makes it a bit of a challenge as on a 1080p monitor with default font/scaling if there are any long-ish password entry Names you have no idea there is a Portal or Tags column as they are pushed off the side and no horizontal scroll either to indicate there may be more columns.
