We attach many photos related to customer equipment, floorplans, etc. Placing images directly in content doesn't work very well. It's slow and placing high res images doesn't work well, so we attach files. Some assets may have many images, which makes it a challenge to view the correct image by downloading each one to find the one we need, even if the images are well named since you may have several version of the same thing at different angles.
It would be extremely helpful to display a small thumbnail if an attached file is a known image type. And even better if we could just click on it and it would pop-up a full resolution version, without having to download it first.
