When using Cloudflare as a reverse proxy, the user log (Admin -> Users) shows the IP address of Cloudflare instead of the original user IP. You should be able to get the original IP with $SERVER["HTTPCFCONNECTINGIP"];
This would be very helpful and just the request I was looking for.

It would be hugely beneficial of the config was updated in the backend (or a way we can easily update it) where we can have cloudflare show the real IP of the requester - not the cloudflare/proxy IP
