Would be nice if links in KB Articles (Global and customer specific) defaulted to open in a new window instead of in the same window, causing you to close the article if you aren't paying attention.
Links open in a new tab by default unless user designates otherwise as of 2.34.0. However, this update did not retroactively the behavior of any existing links. You'll have to update those manually, but any links created post 2.34.0 should be good to go. Hope that helps!
