Set defaults for Insert/Edit Image tool.

I would like to set a default for adding images to a KB. So they all get the same Width and Border Style. I can easy drag the images to width but need to go into the Edit Image tool to adjust each image Border style. So, a bulk or default would be nice, thanks.
