Set a date on a KB article

Would love the ability to set a Date or Creation date on a KB article.

This is for the Alerts and for our renewable / checklist every year or so.

I know there is the manual "set expiration date", but that is not what i'm looking for.

    Would be nice to also be able to set a date on PDF or file related articles. Now it's not even possible to set an expiration date at all when there is a direct .PDF file added.
