Session History, Editing, and Reuse

Add the ability for the capture plugin to retain session history so users can revisit, edit, and reuse previous captures. This should include both manual save options and automatic rolling session retention. Additionally, allow users to extract individual steps or images from a capture session and insert them into existing articles, eliminating the need to recreate content when making updates.
