This just seems logical, the users acessing this would very much benefit from this especially given related items doesn't get populated in portal either.

We have started to use this feature more. I have had many users ask about a search functionality so that they can find a specific article, as they expect this as a basic functionality. I agree, this would greatly enhance the end-user experience.

An upcoming release (v2.47) includes our new client portal overhaul. This request will either be completed or no long applicable following the upcoming changes. We have portals with 1000 computers and 2000 users. It is unusable by our clients in the current state without a search, filter and sort option.
