Search for KB article folders when bulk moving articles.

When bulk moving KB articles—especially within the Central KB—it becomes difficult to locate the correct folder if you have a large number of folders, since the dropdown menu does not have a search function. Adding the ability to search or filter folders in the dropdown would make this process much faster and more manageable.
