A killer feature for us would be the ability to insert KB articles into others. The "relate" feature is great, but not right for all scenarios.
For example - if we have a subset of instructions that are common to many/all onboardings, we'd love to be able to insert them inline in each client-specific onboarding article. This way when we update the source, all the places its linked will update as well. It would be a super-duper bonus if these could be expandable/collapsible.
Yes - we realize we can "relate" KBs, but that's a lot of clicking out and back that slows us down (and confuses my poor little brain with all those open tabs), especially with longer and more detailed procedures.
