Retrieve Sensitive Information from Customer

Perhaps there is already a way to do this, but sometimes it is necessary for us to get information from a customer that would be classified as sensitive information.
It would be awesome if we could make a one-time-use public link for someone to enter requested information so that it doesn't have to go over email or ticketing system.
