Request for Hudu MCP "read only" mode

MCP is a wonderful addition to Hudu. However, as implemented today, MCP allows writes back into the Hudu instance, which is very concerning. My ticket system's MCP implementation allows for exposing MCP as "read only", which makes me feel a lot better/safer about having AI integration. With Hudu MCP, there appears to be no "read only" mode which is what I'd like to have.

    This is rather important to us as well. Would very much like a read-only mode for Hudu MCP to be integrated.

      You should have an MCP gateway that enables you to aggregate all of your MCPs + tools behind it with ACLs. That's infrastructure your business should have in an AI future. Not something Hudu should build.
