We are looking to set up a process template for employee evaluations. There would be several steps that happen over time (employee self-evaluations, manager evaluations, scheduling the check-in or 1:1, performing the 1:1). The point is it would be great to standardize this process and have a recurring schedule to start the ball rolling. Notification emails would also be nice when assigning a task from a process.

This would be good for monthly SPLA/License reporting. And a reminder email to the person that needs to complete it.
