Having to create multiple entries for a single customer with multiple sites quite simply sucks. We really need some type of hierarchy in the company view that allows for general/company-wide assets to live at the top and site-related items to be related and live underneath. One level would be great (customer/site), but I'm sure others might benefit from a customer/region/site structure as well. There are too many assets that are site related and not having the hierarchy is unnatural and causes items to live in the wrong location way too often.
