Link a task to a KB Article, displaying the article within the task when running the process. We have instances where a specific task in the process needs to be run, rather than the whole process. At the moment, we have to duplicate a task into a KB article so it can be referenced.

    To be honest, I am surprised this feature/option doesn't already exist. I mean, being able to relate to documents is a core feature/function. Why exclude it for certain parts - processes.

    Yes, an option to convert a KB article to a process template and keep them linked would be fantastic!
