Process Runs Table Search and Comprehensive Search Across Processes and Runs

Add search functionality within the Process Runs table, allowing users to search by run name, associated process, user, status, and other relevant metadata. Implement a comprehensive or a scoped search across Processes and Process Runs so users can search both from a single interface. Include filtering options such as status, assigned user, date range, and company or related entity. Improve discoverability by enabling quick navigation between a process and all associated runs, and ensure that search performance scales effectively with large datasets.
