Instead of choosing to post specific folder/articles for each customer portal, allow the ability to globally post a specific folder/article to all customer portals. For example, a generic KB like "How to Reset Your Password" should be made available to all of customers. Allowing a checkbox that states "Post to All Customer Portals" would ensure this KB article is available to all customers. In addition, when we onboard a new customer and they are newly created in Hudu, our technicians won't have to remember to post that article (or folder) to the customer's portal. Once the customer portal is activated, the article/folder would automatically show up. (Attaching screenshots for example)
