We find that when using the ScreenConnect helper tool, there are certain passwords we use disproportionately more than others, like domain administrators for example. I have tried things such as putting a period before the name to get it to appear at the top, but it is ignored, leaving our only option to be putting a number in front, which is mildly visually unappealing (1Domain Administrator).
