It would be nice to be able to show the due date on the external portal for processes. We have SLAs for some things we would like to stick in as processes and the due by would allow the customer to see if we are breaching (and remind them for some non urgent items we have a lot of time for we have to do things)
Would look good if it said something like estimated completion before
