Option to use numbers at every level in nested numbered lists

Since 2.47, nested numbered lists use letters at the second level and roman numerals at the third. Some users prefer numbers at every level (1, then 1, 2 nested beneath it) to match their existing documentation. This was how nested lists displayed before 2.47. Request: add an option to keep numbers at all nested levels.
