We need the ability to restrict the selection criteria of certain Asset Links fields within an Asset to only allow a single value/selection. Currently there is no restriction and allows multiple selections (which is fine sometimes, but not at others).
Example: We have an Asset Type of 'VMs' that has an Asset Link to 'Hosts'. It allows multiple Hosts to be selected, which we don't want to in this scenario.
There is new functionality in the List Select field type that can toggle multiple or single values. We need the same type of functionality for Asset Link type fields.
