Needs a keyword field

Each document needs to have a field into which keywords can be put that are used in the search algorithm. Most other KB systems have a similar system for fine-tuning how documents appear in the search.

    Perhaps merge this with the tagging system? Keywords-as-tags works well on the systems where I've seen it used properly.
