Multiple Portal User Improvements
Sorry to add requests so quick after the features was released, but, here we go!
- Can the browser's autoselect be disabled on the create user page - it keeps getting in the way, and, pressing escape gets rid of the Hudu box in addition to the autoselect one.
- Can we get a list of portal users on the actual portal page?
- Can we possibly have a relation or some sort of linkage between contacts and portal users? (e.g. if O365 sync is on, it would be great to auto create portal users or disable them based off the o365 status.
- Can we have user groups? I don't want to overcomplicate things, but, I for example only want passwords visible by a few users that I am sharing with.

The Hudu Team: heh… Thanks for doing this so quick! Just updated and 1 is great… as for 2, you've done it so quick, I'm second guessing myself if it was there all along and I just missed it! I trust you though and thanks for adding!
Another one that would be great is a +/add button on the user page so that it just goes straight to the add user page but with portal member and company pre selected…. low priority though!

+1 for 4. - I would love to be able to display only the knowledge base on the portal for some users

And how about batch edit of portal items> Sometimes we have added all assets to the portal by mistake and the only way to remove all is clicking "remove" one by one.
