The rich text editor for creating KB articles could use more features/options. The ability to change text colors, add highlights, adjust line spacing, etc.
Also, when the PASTE contains images, it would be nice if a copy was created in the HuDu storage, rather than a hot link to the original.

Absolutely! Similar to the Confluence editor would be amazing. Being able to have text inline formatted as code block rather than a new block of text would be even better too.

Here are several recommendations for the KB text editor, in order of most to least important:
Allow code blocks, images, tables and media to be inserted within a Numbered List, without breaking the numbering sequence. Either have the numbering sequence pick up on the next line, or allow the code block/image/table/media to be inserted as a numbered item (like IT Glue does).
Include a horizontal scroll bar in code blocks to avoid wrapping long lines of code.
Be able to resize a table, so that it isn't streched the entire width of the screen.
Fix table row headers, so the first cell's text is centered like every other cell in the header row.
Be able to Left/Center/Right align text, images, tables and media.
Be able to Left/Center/Right align text within the cell of a table.
Be able to change the font size of unformatted text or text within code blocks.

My Team has come across 3 improvements to the editor that we would like to see: 1 - Make editing pane full width when you expand your window. 2 - Warn when closing modified edit window without saving. 3 - Add save button to top, rather than at the bottom (or both is fine).

Came here to suggest this! Glad I saw yours. The text editor could be much improved. I really like Nuclino's as an example of one that's really well done… The removal of extra/blank lines is especially annoying for me personally.

I agree. Being able to embed videos, export to PDF and many of the features included in Nuclino as mentioned by Justin J. would be great.
