Mirroring between Central and Customer Knowledge Base Folders

We propose implementing a "Link" or "Reference" feature for knowledge base articles and their folders. This would function similarly to symbolic links (symlinks) on a file system or "Shared Drive" shortcuts in Google Workspace.
